I bought emerald rank and i am still redstone  and it even said i bought rank upgrade to emerald |

Hello there Stetter1,
You should have Emerald. It takes 5 mins from when you bought the rank to get it. If you still have redstone please contact me on the server or reply to this saying so. I will have a look on my end to see what has happened to the rank.
We are very sorry about this and we will look into this asap(As soon as possible)
